How do I Buy a Lot ?

To buy a Lot simply call and ask for Jeffrey Check, the Broker.  Jeffrey will personally show you the Lot and discuss all of the things you need to know before you buy.

Yes.

Does Oak Park Developers LLC have any financing available?

Yes. Oak Park Developers has a lot program through Bank First National with 100% financing and no closing costs. (ask Jeffrey for details.)

Are there Restrictive Covenants ?

Yes, each subdivision has it's own set of Covenants and Restrictions, which protects the Buyers investments. Click here for restrictions.

If the street is not paved when will it be paved ?

The City of Manitowoc on its Web Site will tell you which streets the city will pave and when they will do so.

If the sidewalks are not in place, when will they be installed ?

The City of Manitowoc will install them per their 5 year plan.

If I buy a wooded lot and there are trees in the way of our proposed house, what will it cost to remove the trees ?

Nothing, Oak Park Developers LLC will have any trees removed at no cost to the buyer.
